If you want to follow, lower your drag factor to its lowest setting, and row 5k at a high rate (26+) while only breathing in and out through your nose.

If you need to breathe through your mouth, stop. Star back into the rest of your 5k when you are able to breathe through your nose again.

Keep stopping and starting if need be.
