Was pretty sore from yesterday. Hard erg and all day in the yard. Happy with this. Cropped DF a bit. Set pace boat at2:10 and was way ahead of that. Need to speed up the pace boat. Watched power and splits drop over time. No Netflix, open monitor and music.
