Wow, first back in 6 weeks or so? Maybe should’ve Seth’s drag down a bit, but whatever. Left side still bothering me. Achilles and something in my left foot, probably be Ouse of the Achilles tendinitis issue. We’ll see how it feels after this. Need to be better about icing. Get a new wrap or compression sleeve.
