I am starting at pretty much zero fitness. I was injured over a decade ago with resulting nerve damage so have balance and mobility issues. As day to day functioning was getting increasingly difficult, I needed to find something I could do. I can't walk well/fast enough to make an impact plus it exacerbates edema. I stumbled across Erg info re Model E and thought, I think I could get on/off easily/safely at that height, hope I like rowing, and ordered it for my 53rd birthday.

I have been LOVING it. Having it at home has made it so easy to gradually rebuild my abilities and I crave doing it (that is a first for me) because it makes me feel great. Day 1 I could barely do 500m. Now I'm attempting the Dog Days challenge!

I love this thing. The log book and app really do motivate me as I can see clear verified progress.
