I decided to purchase a Concept 2 after really enjoying using them whenever I went to a gym, mainly at hotel stays or holidays. It's the only machine I find enjoyable at the gym. Plus, you don't have to put up with the meat heads with no necks!

Anyhow, being a Motocross rider I find this helps with endurance and dexterity.....and it's a tad safer.
