24 Mar 2018: After a year away from any form of physical training, time to get started back on my favourite equipment, the Concept 2 rower. I am unable to get to the gym often so have bought a Model E and will use it in my garage.
Back on the road to fitness, at last :)
31 Aug 18: I have just finished rowing my 1,000,000 metres in August to help raise funds for Parkinson's UK. I have enjoyed this challenge and lost 8.6kgs (not so happy with that) I now weigh 74.9kgs. I didn't realise I had that much to lose!!!
