I put this off from yesterday (my legs *hurt* on yesterday's run), but actually it wasn't so bad. HR a bit higher than last time I did 2000m intervals, but I felt in control over my pace, and averaged a few seconds faster.
Obviously quite a long way short of even sub-7 intervals, but I'm juggling getting going in multiple things (e.g. swimming and cycling, and focussing on running) so don't want to overdo any one thing.
