Former World record holder and still hold the British Record for M40 Pentathlon. Looking to stretch and challenge myself on the rowing machine which I thoroughly enjoy doing as part of my cross-training.
Won the silver medal at the British Indoor Rowing Championship in the 500m sprint 2023 (55-59).
