HRmax test - 6x4min with increased watts (from 160) + 4min at approx. 2:04 + 1min rest + 4min all out (= better than 1:59) - first four worked okay but started out with too many watts; then a pretty bad 6th and during 7th had to stop completely twice - however, registered the anticipated HRmax at 161bpm
