Have always enjoyed sports, sailboats, badminton and football coaching at local league level. Determined to hang on to a reasonable level of fitness for as long as I can. Been a keen exponent of free weights and used an air rower - ( a Mr Motivator - some may remember him, big in the 90's) The rower was getting pretty tired so it was time to look a little further. So, glad I find myself here with a new passion and motivation - some great supporting video and literature 'short and snarky coxwains' et al!
