Being the oldest member at my box I lack mobility. I modify everything to fit what I can push beyond my mental capabilities. I don't go home when I'm done. I go home when I'm finished. Everyday I train I'm reminded that my brain is the only thing that stands between mediocrity and success. I have come a long way in a year.
Someday I will be able to jump a 20 inch box.
