Robin again focused on "super hero" upper body posture, keeping butt pushed back in the seat, engaging core, shoulders down/back/relaxed, quick turn-around of hands and body forward, not over-compressing. I didn't push it very hard as I curled late the night before and my R shoulder is sore.
