i have never set foot in a gym. But my son owns a Concept 2 and is a regular rower, I've wanted to lose weight and have a better lifestyle and feel training is the best thing to do so he is helping me with workouts in his garage gym 2-3 times a week. Alot revolves around the rower which I am enjoying. I won't set any world records but I am keen to keep improving. Hopefully I can prove you're never too old..
