First steady state I've done in a good while with HR <160. Need to do more of this as there is very little fatigue afterwards.
This session was really sweaty and cardiac drift was insane because of heat in the front room. Heating was on full blast and someone closed the door to the front room, so there was zero fresh air in the room. Other than that, it wasn't a terrible session considering the 9000 calories I consumed christmas day...
