I am a Yacht Broker who has gained weight each year of my life it seems. Getting fit exclusively on an erg now and have access to a Concept 2 with PM3 monitor. I do not actively record much data until lately and am seeking to get more technical with ergdata. Have lost 13 lbs in 6 weeks. Plan to focus for 12 months or more to get to 210 lbs.
