71 year old road and mountain biker getting back into rowing. 10years recreational rowing at LBRA and 3 at Newport Beach. Getting back into C2 because, well, no open water here. I want to use indoor rowing to improve my fitness level and help my bike riding. My problem comes during fie season, as I am working most of the summer without the opportunity to workout as much as I would like too.
