Started out aiming for a 1:18-something, but didn't feel great so it seemed more important to finish the distance reasonably strong than it was to go fast. HR was ok, but felt a fair amount of muscle fatigue. Tried a slightly lower drag factor, but think I'll go back to 119-120.
