1/2 hour with bands to finish w/o. Wanted to test HR as between slides and static. Alternated between 2000m static/slides at 2:00/500 pace. Avg HR slightly lower (127/125 bpm) on slides on first set, but the same on second set (121bpm). Not sure why HR was quite a bit lower on second two sets.
