Thought to give the WR 1/2 mar on slides a shot, but decided to pack it in at 44mins, even though I was on pace. HR was high to begin with and arms were a bit sore, and I don't think I was going to last the full distance, so better to stop early and save myself than to kill myself and miss it by a small amount. Finished with 1/2 hour using bands.
