Noticed lower morning HR of 46bmp after 48 yesterday and several weeks of >50. Yesterday was a fairly hard w/o too, so looks promising that I'm finally recovering from long-term fatigue. 35k today, keeping HR at avg ~112 (HR monitor didn't register for first 5k)..
