Plan was to do 250m flat out, then aim for that split + 10% for 250m intervals, up to 10 intervals or to failure, all twice. Target split turned out to be a bit too easy at 1:43 because I did the max 250 from a standing start but the intervals from rolling. I could have just gone faster I suppose, but I'm lazy...
