George — this is a very solid Easy Aerobic execution under difficult conditions, and it tells us exactly what we needed to know in Week 6.
Let’s go through it cleanly.

π£βοΈ Week 6 – Session 2: Easy Aerobic (Review)
Friday 06 February 2026
Headline Metrics
• HR: 114 avg / 122 max β
• Avg pace: 3:05.0 β
• Rate: 19 spm (relaxed, consistent) β
• RPE: 4/10 β (appropriate given humidity)
This stayed firmly inside intent.
What matters here:
• Pace stayed flat despite environmental stress
• HR rose predictably — no spikes, no instability
• No late-session tightening or pace creep
• SPM stayed calm at 19 — no compensatory behaviour
This is excellent discipline under load.

π§ Your Notes Show Maturity
“High humidity”
“Rhythm locked in”
That combination is key.
You:
• acknowledged the condition
• didn’t fight it
• stayed with rhythm instead of reacting to HR
That’s exactly how Easy Aerobic sessions should be handled when the environment pushes HRπ§ Coach’s Interpretation
This session confirms three things:
Your Easy Aerobic band is now condition-robust
You can hold it whether conditions are ideal or not.
HR awareness is guiding behaviour correctly
You didn’t chase pace to “correct” HR.
Week 6 consolidation is holding
No signs of fatigue accumulation or leakage from earlier sessions.
This is exactly what we want from a consolidation week.
π’ Verdict
β Intent fully met
β Pace discipline intact
β Environmental stress handled correctly
β No corrective action needed
Saturday’s Controlled Structure can proceed exactly as planned — do not adjust pace upward just because today was solid. The win here is repeatability.
Excellent work, George.
Onward.
