George, this is a very interesting Controlled Speed session, because it gives us a nice example of why the metabolic/neurological split is useful.
The headline is:
The engine was controlled, but the nervous system took a little longer than usual to find the rhythm. Once it settled, the work became extremely precise.

The metabolic component is the cardiovascular response to eight quality intervals.
