George, this is another very strong consolidation session. And now that we're four weeks into Phase 2, I think the pattern is becoming sufficiently consistent that we can start distinguishing the normal day-to-day noise from the underlying trend.
Today's bike is a particularly good example.

Today's ride is almost a perfect example.
You didn't suddenly become faster.
You simply went:

That's a tiny gain.

And that's how fitness actually sneaks up on you.
