Wow. OK finally “broke wind” and got my breath re-introduced to sprint levels v long, slow distance rows. Crashed at 500m, mostly mental, then physical. Found my baseline. Jazzed to begin some speed workouts. January/February goal = sub 7. May very well be my last chance to achieve this as I’m not getting any younger! Fun!
