Feb 2023 - Just getting back into rowing after almost 3 years since my neck surgery (right after marathon challenge in 2020). I've tried several times but wound up either getting sick (covid/flu 3x) or injured (plantar fasciitus 2x and broken foot). I have a ton of weight to lose. That's what happens when you go from burning 1000 cal/day to nothing overnight. Hopefully I can stay healthy this time.
