I'm a traumatic brain injury (TBI) survivor with post-traumatic epilepsy. My indoor rowing goals are to gain all of the physical, mental, and even emotional benefits of aerobic exercise despite my medical challenges. In addition, the positive support network that can be developed through participation in Concept2 monthly challenges and team affiliation is a nice added bonus.
