Started rowing on the water aged 60 and in the gym in my mid 60’s.
Discovered competitive indoor rowing aged 71 and currently have British Silver and Bronze medals and two English Bronze medals.
As additional motivation I started ranking my bike erg and ski erg efforts in March 2024. Hope my efforts give motivation to others of my age.
