I wrestled for 15 years, winning 5 Canadian National Championships, competed in the NCAA and had the honor of representing Canada on the international stage several times. More recently I have spent several years competing in strongman taking 2nd at Canada's Strongest Natural Man in 2016 and placing in the top 10 of Ontario's Strongest Man in 2018
