I ran track events when I was younger, mainly 800m and 1500m. Later moved to 10km and half marathons, then marathons and Ultras when I moved to South Africa to work in the mining industry and geophysics.
When I returned to the UK I continued running Track and shorter distances, took up triathlons, including three World Championships as an age-grouper.
I took up indoor rowing in 2019 and am still learning about myself and the Concept2 Erg.
