I’m a lifelong cyclist that just started using the C2 rower in October 2018 to rebuild my neglected upper body. Severe upper back pain due to a combination of old injuries, overuse and muscle weakness had been plaguing me on long rides. Rowing has all but eliminated the pain and I’m actually starting to enjoy the challenge. Maybe I will get a chance to row in a real racing boat someday.
