A Dad and Husband approaching 40 and wanting to lose weight and get fit. I had a heart attack at 35 and I was (at the time) in a really fit state. I was the leanest and lightest I had ever been and since the heart attack, well, everything has been down hill; including weight gain that I just can't shift.
