10x500m efforts with leg work, TRX, sled rope and sit ups spread over 10 breaks. Big effort. 1st 500 was easy all the others were between 1.55 and 1.59.4 and I started late on that one so it would have been about 1:50. I wanted to go home after that one. 10 251m for today
