This was supposed to be a targeted HR zone session, in HR zone 2 but it was interrupted once and then there were a few breaks after that. Irregularities in the HR graph is due to the interruptions and not to any heart rate irregularity. Heart rhythm was perfectly fine! The heart rate zone was 144 to 158.
