Had a target HR zone of 120-126, aiming for 123 BPM. Started fast, to immediately get HR into zone. Had to make a few sudden large adjustments in pace when HR dipped or climbed out of zone. Only noticed one instance of 'skipping' heart, which also shows on HR chart, as a spike to zero.
