RPE Level one. Or less. Taking it easy because of questionable HRV morning readiness reading. It had one artifact so it might have been good but it also might have been bad. I decided to just take it easy today instead of doing the reading over again. Watched a Zwift bike racing video which was extremely boring and served to dampen my enthusiasm and energy.
