Intended to maintain target pace of about 2:19.6, using a Pace Skier, and then increase pace during last 500 meters like in yesterday's 5K, but heart acted up at about 18 minutes into the session and HR spiked. So I took it slower and made small changes in pace and whether or not using legs but couldn't get it back to normal during the last 2K. Maybe tomorrow, another try? In the meantime, I ranked this piece because its the only SkiErg 6K so far this season.
