Interesting that yesterday's almost identical SkiErg session (1 calorie less than today's) was a LOT lower effort level/slower pace than today's, but it amounted to a LOT more meters yesterday than today. Looks like the conclusion is that a slower SkiErg pace gets better fuel economy with regard to meters per calorie of food intake.
