Rowed along with screen recording of Dec 27, 2017 (10K Indoor Rowing 71 years old. 92 Watts Average Pace With Intervals). Finished about 1,200 meters ahead of that session because though I didn't do the intervals as fast, I maintained a faster pace in between the intervals.
