Week 5 of 6, workout 2 of 2. The first interval was 900 meters and it was done at baseline training pace, but just barely. The second interval was 500 meters and when it stopped being fun I slowed down from trying to maintain the baseline pace. (Week 4 of 6, workout 2 of 2 and Week 5 of 6 workout 1 of 2 were both missed during my 11 days without workouts)
