Because I'm having another period of atrial fibrillation today, I decided to try to remedy it with an easy pace. Two of my seven training partners had already done some rowing today so I chose my target as the same pace that one of them had rowed for 30 minutes. The Afib persisted but at least it didn't get any worse.
