Using Scosche armband heart strap. Works a lot better for me than a chest strap. First part was warming up until warmed up and knee stiffness was gone. After warmed up set goal of finishing in less than an hour. After distance counted down to less than 3K remaining and projected finished showed to be 58:24, changed the goal to finishing in 58:00.
