Scheduled this session online, 20 minutes in advance. No company so did it alone. Plan was easy warmup first 10 minutes then 10 intervals of 1 minute each for the next 20 minutes. Did 8 out of 10 of the intervals. Skipped the 5th and 7th intervals because HR went too high during 4th and 6th.
