First time in this workout: 5x1:40 intervals with 20s rest. Then there is a 2 min rest before the next 5.
I think I did 7 rounds. Would be good to do a full 5 + 5 rounds.
Also I should try for a shorter version to keep aerobic/glycotic (60 sec or 80 sec)
