Been a road runner for 30yrs half and full marathons best 2.50 for marathon, 1.17 half my last half was October 2017 1.34 and I was third in the Welsh Championship for V60, but was told I have prostate cancer in November 2017 started hormone treatment and then started having pain in the knee joints, stopped running did very little training in 2018, in February 2019 join my local gym and this is where I found the rowing machine and now I have found Concept 2 on line hoping to get too a good standard.
