I think I’m looking at this wrong. Yes it’s important to have goals to push yourself but i dont think ive stopped to consider how far I’ve come. Pre-September 19 I’d have been scoffing pizza and cips right now laughing at the thought of my fitness. Four months later im -50lbs and annoyed that i haven’t hit a personal 5k record.
