I am a returning rower. I haven't rowed since 2011 but have just bought a model E so going to try and get back into it. I competed at BIRC 2007 and came 4th (who wants to come 4th!!) pulling 6:30.04 and achieved a bronze in the english indoor championships 2008 pulling 6:33.7 both in the 50-55 category. I dont intend to compete again but want to maintain my weight and a certain level of fitness and I am 12 years older!!
