Row six 1000 meter pieces. Row for one minute at light pressure between each 1000. Change rates, starting with 30, 28, 26, 24, 27, 29.
I modified the actual WOD which was 8x1000 with 1 min. rest between sets, because I came late to the gym. I need to improve my alarm wakening.
