6 sets x 4 min + 1 min rest(light rowing) between sets.
Tried to keep pace under 2:15/500m and rowing at 28-30 spm. I did it, but it was really exhausting and keeping it under 2:15/500m for six straight 4 minutes sets was a huge challenge. Happy to achieve this.
