Tues 17/8/21 6x1500m/90secs/22s Awkward. Finding the sweet spot isn’t easy on rows like this. The target is just that bit more difficult when the stroke rate is slower. Either way, a manageable row. Very strict planning this week, so this is one out of five done. Raring to go for tomorrow tho.
